Bierko escapes from the transport taking him to Division and uses his last canister of nerve gas for a surprise strike. Jack is forced to work with Henderson to find Bierko, but Henderson wants something in return. Logan takes drastic steps to deal with Aaron when he won’t go along with the cover-up.
In the season finale, Earl decides to cross off the first number on his karma list, “Stole ten dollars from a guy at the Camden Market.” Earl to his dismay finds out that he owes much more than ten dollars, in fact he must surrender all his lotto winnings. Earl now ponders when karma is going to help him with his misfortunes.
The team start the escape from the hole in Scofield’s cell.
When a matchmaking company calls Ted claiming they have found his soul mate, he is forced to postpone his date when Lily asks for his help.

Earl attempts to cross out number 147 on his list “Shot Gwen Waters with a BB Gun.” To make things right he must reunite Gwen with her estranged father which Earl finds increasingly difficult.
Westmoreland uses Bellick to plug a hole in the escape plan, which forces Michael to move up the breakout timetable. A fearful Tweener pledges his loyalty to Michael and in return may get out of jail for free; Michael feels that he has no choice but to involve Sara in the plan and must betray his father figure; and Veronica finds her life in jeopardy from her closest ally, who has a surprising connection to a Fox River inmate.
Lily, Barney and Robin attend a high school prom to scout out a potential band for Lily and Marshall’s wedding reception. In order to get in Lily and Robin pretend to be the dates of two kids who were going alone. Ted and Marshall are back at the apartment where they are preparing the invitations to be sent out.
After stowing away aboard the flight containing Henderson’s contact and the incriminating recording, Jack finds himself having to deal with a pilot who refuses to cooperate.
Martha begins to break down, and Mike becomes suspicious of what she is hiding from him, while Logan tries to calm his financial backers.
Earl tackles No. 127 on his list by making amends for pilfering a police officer’s badge. When he discovers that the theft resulted in the cop’s demotion, he tries to get the officer reinstated.
