Peter presents Neal’s deal to his superiors at the FBI: Neal will bring down the Pink Panthers in exchange for his freedom. And this time Neal is making sure there are won’t be any technicalities. The stakes couldn’t be higher for Peter either, as Pillar makes it clear that the bureau is intent on bring down the Panthers and Peter could lose his job if Neal’s plan goes south. When Neal finds out that Keller is now part of the Panthers, Peter wants to call off the mission and simply take Keller down once and for all, but Neal knows that this is his last chance. He can’t trust Keller and can’t figure out why he didn’t sell him out to the Panthers right away, unless Keller needs something from him…

Meanwhile, Mitch and Cam meet a popular news reporter at a school function and one of them piques her journalistic interest.

After a body is found strung up in the Wildcat gym, Ted Grant becomes the main suspect. Oliver and Laurel argue over Ted’s innocence. Meanwhile, in flashbacks, when Maseo needs Oliver to remember where an informant for China White stashed key information, he asks Tatsu to help jog Oliver’s memory. Roy shares a secret with Felicity.

The Sinkhole

The Heck house once again throws a curve ball to the family when the kitchen sink caves in and drops out of sight, causing Frankie to have to wash the dishes with the outside hose. Meanwhile, Sue is informed that, since Wrestlerettes does not qualify for P.E. credit, she needs to master tinikling — a difficult dance routine for a clumsy Sue — to get the credit she needs to graduate, and after Brick accidentally breaks Mike’s lawn mower, he takes Axl’s advice to try and play the hero card by taking his dad’s wallet then returning it later, thinking this will divert Mike’s attention away from the busted mower.

Plastique

After a bomb goes off downtown, the army, led by General Eiling, rolls in and takes over the case, much to Joe’s surprise. Suspicious, Joe tells Barry that he and his friends at S.T.A.R. Labs should look into the army’s involvement. Wells informs the team that Eiling was experimenting on his men to turn them into super soldiers. Cisco confirms one of Eiling’s soldiers, Bette Sans Souci, was at the bomb site. The Flash tracks her down and realizes that she’s not setting off the bombs, she is a meta-human who can blow things up just by touching them. Meanwhile, when Joe learns Iris is writing about “the streak,” he tells Barry to make her stop. Barry realizes Iris won’t listen to him so he decides to have The Flash pay her a visit.
